HuB Solutions will conduct and intake call so we can learn more about your business and current challenges. You will get a call from our Human Business Expert, who will conduct a comprehensive SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threat) analysis. After the analysis is completed, HuB will create a customized proposal for bringing your business to compliance. We will solve your pressing issues first, then we can discuss how HuB can help you take your business to the next level, your ideal Human Business Function. As a client of our HuB annual service plan, you will have ongoing consultative support to guide, deal with employee relation issues, we have you covered, we’ll discuss the risks and the appropriate action plan no matter the situation.
HuB project-based services, we will own and execute on your customized business project plan whether selecting, designing, or implementing your Human Business tools and systems. We believe that when you win. We win. A true business partnership.

HuB Solutions mission is to provide and experienced Human Business Expert who has been a leader, has built and lead teams but at a fraction of the cost. The major differences between HuB Solutions shared services model and what a PEO provides are:
HuB helps implement or enhance your Human Business Function by creating a Center of Excellence, not replace it. Whereas PEOs are an outsourced service model that replaces your HR function by implanting a transactional relationship with your Human Business and may result in loss of control of HR processes, influence your culture, and loss of institutional knowledge.
Using PEO, they will handle all your HR needs, but the Employer is still legally liable for all employee litigation from compensation to harassment and all labor law in between. Meaning, you will have to hire and pay for your own employment law counsel to defend you. Using HuB, we have joined forces with the best law firm in Utah, MCBB. By using both of our services, we have you covered and will cost you fraction of the cost to litigate if you had to seek outside counsel on your own.
Absolutely! HuB will help you navigate through all high-risk HR employee relations and termination situations for your business and coach you throughout the entire process. We’ll also ensure that you have all the necessary documentation and conforms with your company HR policies, so we can proactively help prevent mistakes that result in expensive litigation.
By subscribing to our annual service plan, HuB Solutions will partner with MCBB to keep on top of regulatory changes and HuB will provide up-to-date information about legislation changes and how they may impact your business.
