HuB Solutions will conduct and intake call so we can learn more about your business and current challenges.  Our Human Business Expert will help you identify what your areas of opportunity are to ensure you are meeting compliance with your state and federal regulations.  During our discussion, we will also identify any pain points, including your ideal future Human Business Function state. 
You will get a call from our Human Business Expert, who will conduct a comprehensive SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threat) analysis.  After the analysis is completed, HuB will create a customized proposal for bringing your business to compliance. We will solve your pressing issues first, then we can discuss how HuB can help you take your business to the next level, your ideal Human Business Function.  As your strategic Human Business Partner, we are in this together.
Our goal is to make your business better today for a progressive tomorrow by helping to implement or enhance your Human Business Function and providing a Center of Excellence, not replace it. Our annual service plans come in three levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum starting as low as $8,000 a year, which is determined by the number of employees.  HuB solutions also provides project-based services, that are one-time projects where we perform in-house audits, selecting and implementing HR operations systems, creating and customizing Human Business tools for your company, or creating and facilitating Human Business training for you and your staff.
Building a Human Business infrastructure would cost an organization anywhere from $150,000 to $200,000+/year to bring on a Leader who has such expertise.  HuB Solutions mission is to provide and experienced Human Business Expert who has been a leader, has built and lead teams but at a fraction of the cost. HuB helps implement or enhance your Human Business Function by creating a Center of Excellence, not replace it. Whereas PEOs are an outsourced service model that replaces your HR function by implanting a transactional relationship with your Human Business and may result in loss of control of HR processes, influence your culture, and loss of institutional knowledge.
Using PEO, they will handle all your HR needs, but the Employer is still legally liable for all employee litigation from compensation to harassment and all labor law in between.  Meaning, you will have to hire and pay for your own employment law counsel to defend you.  Using HuB, we have joined forces with the best law firm in Utah, MCBB. By using both of our services, we have you covered and will cost you fraction of the cost to litigate if you had to seek outside counsel on your own.
