HuB project-based services, we will own and execute on your customized business project plan whether selecting, designing or implementing your Human Business tools and systems. HuB solutions also provide project-based services, which are one-time projects where we perform in-house audits, selecting and implementing HR operations systems, creating and customizing Human Business tools for your company, or creating and facilitating Human Business training for you and your staff. Building a Human Business infrastructure would cost an organization anywhere from $150,000 to $200,000+/year to bring on a leader who has such expertise. HuB Solutions’ mission is to provide an experienced Human Business Expert at a fraction of the cost. Once your infrastructure is in place a generalist or HR manager could manage the operation for the cost of $55,000-$80,000 a year salary. What are the advantages of using HuB Solutions over a Professional Employer Organization (PEO)?HuB enhances your Human Business Function by creating a Center of Excellence, not by replacing it. PEOs are an outsourced service model that replaces your HR function by implanting a transactional relationship with your Human Business. This may result in loss of control of HR processes, influence your culture, and loss of institutional knowledge. A PEO will handle all your HR needs, but the employer is still legally liable for all employee litigation, from compensation to harassment and all labor law in between.
